Lisa Kennett

Lisa Kennett possesses extensive experience in client billing support and insurance operations. Currently serving as the Client Billing Support Manager at CoverWallet, an Aon company, since March 2020, Lisa plays a key role in managing the Customer Service - Billing Support Team for insurance clients, having previously held the position of Team Lead in the same department. In addition, Lisa has been a Finance Operations Manager and a NYS Notary Public since June 2005. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at AP Intego, as well as a Property & Casualty Insurance specialist at PAYCHEX Insurance Agency. Lisa's career began at Paychex, where responsibilities included reviewing IT-related contracts. Lisa earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Paralegal from Southern Career Institute in Boca Raton, FL, between 1995 and 1997.
