Avinash Basantani

Avinash Basantani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Avinash started their career as a Business Development Executive at One Network (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 2007. Avinash then worked as a SAP HR Consultant at Siemens Information Systems Limited from 2008 to 2010. Avinash then joined iTree Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager in 2010. In 2011, they moved on to One Network (India) Private Limited, where they held the positions of Sr. Manager - Business Development and later Director - Commercial until 2014. Avinash then briefly assisted in their family business at Shivam Wire Industries from 2014 to 2015. Avinash then transitioned to Bayer CropScience Limited as an Application Specialist - SAP HR for a few months before joining Covestro in 2015. At Covestro, they have held various roles, including Head of IT (Core Process & Employee Centric) - SAP from 2015 to 2018, Head IT - India from 2018 to 2022, Head of IT HR Application Services from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Head of IT&D - AS Hub India.

Avinash Basantani began their education journey in 2004 at National College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Avinash enrolled in this program until 2007. Continuing their passion for learning, Avinash then attended the MET Institute of Management from 2009 to 2012. During their time there, they focused on Human Resources and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
