Geert Dilens

Geert Dilens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and human resources management. Currently serving as the Training and Qualification Manager at Covestro NV since September 2015, Geert is responsible for identifying employee training needs, developing training programs, and monitoring market trends. Prior experience includes various roles at Bayer Business Services from October 2001 to September 2015, such as Project Lead for HRIS during a major transformation, Innovation Manager for HR Services where an innovation culture was fostered, and Global Implementation Manager for Bayer's SAP HR system. Geert’s career began as an SAP HR Consultant with Softguide and later with LogicaCMG. Geert holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp.
