Guido Naberfeld

Guido Naberfeld has extensive experience in the chemical industry, notably at Covestro from September 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities included serving as SVP and Head of Sales and Market Development Mobility, overseeing the global Mobility business within the Engineering Plastics segment. Prior experience at Bayer MaterialScience AG from May 2009 to August 2014 included roles such as SVP and Head of Global Product Management for Polycarbonates, as well as leadership positions in process development and production. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry from Ruhr University Bochum and a short program in Economics from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
