Jeremy Small has over 25 years of experience in the field of chemical engineering and sales, currently serving as the Global Key Account Director and Head of Sales for NAFTA Elastomers at Covestro since October 2015. Prior positions include Key Account Manager for CAS Elastomers at Baule USA LLC / Bayer MaterialScience LLC and various roles at Bayer MaterialScience LLC, where responsibilities spanned market development, product marketing, and management in the polyurethane sector. Jeremy Small holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
