Kiran Shirodkar

Kiran Shirodkar has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the specialty chemicals and polymers industry. Currently, Kiran leads business development efforts at Covestro, overseeing marketing and sales activities across the ISC region and managing toll manufacturing, while also providing strategic direction for product mix and distribution channels. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager for Polycarbonate Resin in APAC and Sales Head for West & Central India, with a notable tenure at Cabot Corporation where Kiran significantly increased sales volumes in Masterbatch. Early career positions included management roles at SRF Limited, Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Reliance, and Asian Paints. Kiran holds an MMS in Marketing and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
