Neville Neil

Neville Neil is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and execution within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Covestro since 2018, Neville has directed the development and completion of major capital investment projects, including extensive Front End Loading processes. Prior to Covestro, Neville held a similar title at ChevronPhillips Chemicals Company, where project implementation and a $50 million turnaround project for ethylene compressors were key responsibilities. Neville's career also includes managerial roles at DuPont, INVISTA, and DuPont Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities ranged from leading multimillion-dollar projects to overseeing maintenance operations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
