Soenke Oetjen

Soenke Oetjen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Covestro since January 2017, Soenke specializes in material flow simulation and optimization. Prior to this role, Soenke held the position of CI Manager at Johnson Controls from October 2012 to December 2016. Soenke's earlier career includes significant roles at AXA as a Master Black Belt, Black Belt, and Advanced Actuary from June 2002 to September 2012, along with service as an Air Defence Officer in the German Air Force from August 1995 to May 2002. Soenke holds a Dipl. Volkswirt degree from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg and a degree in Tactical Control Officer from the German Air Force USA.
