Sophie von Saldern

Sophie von Saldern possesses extensive human resources experience, having served as Global Head of Human Resources and Head of People & Culture at Covestro from November 2019 to June 2021. Prior to this, Sophie was a Board Member at VDV-Akademie from January 2018 to October 2019 and held the position of Head of HR Development at MAN Diesel & Turbo from September 2005 to August 2016. Academically, Sophie holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen.
