Stacy Qian

Stacy Qian is a seasoned HR expert currently serving as the HR Expert for Employer Branding, HR Marketing, and People Development at Covestro since February 2020, where Stacy leads the China Trainee Program with comprehensive responsibilities from attraction and hiring to in-program development. Prior to this role, Stacy Qian was the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kimberly-Clark from March 2017 to February 2020, focusing on campus recruitment and recruitment process enhancements, after completing a two-year HR Management Trainee Program that included multiple rotations. Experience also includes internships at Unilever in HRBP for R&D, Bayer in HR recruiting, and Honeywell in payroll. Stacy Qian holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Security and Labor and Social Security, respectively, from East China University of Science and Technology.
