Vivek Upadhayay

Vivek Upadhayay is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Covestro since January 2013. In this role, Vivek oversees procurement activities related to polyurethane, polycarbonate, and thermo polyurethane, managing all direct spend, including intermediates, additives, polyols, and packaging materials. Prior to this position, Vivek was a Procurement Manager, responsible for raw material and packaging procurement, and developing competitive strategies in collaboration with product development and supply chain functions. From January 2007 to March 2013, Vivek worked as an Assistant Procurement Manager at Insecticides (India) Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor of Science from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University.
