Xy Li

XY Li is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in product technology and innovation within the materials science sector. Currently serving as Product Technology Lead in Mobility and Battery Packages at Covestro since July 2019, XY Li has previously held multiple senior roles at Covestro and Bayer MaterialScience, including Director of Additive Manufacturing and R&D CAS NAFTA, and Director of Innovation for Coatings Adhesives and Specialties, NAFTA. With over a decade of experience at General Electric Plastics as a Polymer Scientist and a strong foundational education, including a PhD in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, XY Li has demonstrated a commitment to advancing polymer technologies, particularly in the areas of Lexan and SLX technologies.
