Charlene Higgins-Crawford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, strategic operations, and product management across various industries. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Experience and Head of Strategic Operations at Covetrus since November 2020, Charlene also holds a leadership position with Chief since March 2022. Previously, Charlene was the Director of the Consumer & Retail Group at Alvarez & Marsal and held key roles at DXL Group as VP Managing Director, The Rockport Company as Global IT Director, Wolverine World Wide in Operations and CRM, and Collective Brands, Inc. in various leadership capacities. Charlene began their career at The Stride Rite Corporation, focusing on wholesale operations and customer service. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Management from Northeastern University, Charlene is recognized for delivering innovative strategic solutions that drive growth and performance efficiency.
