Els Meert

Els Meert is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for BeNeDach & Nordics at Covetrus since January 2024, Els has previously held significant roles at Huntsman Corporation, including Global HR Business Partner for Elastomers, and various HR leadership positions during a tenure spanning from September 2022 to January 2024. Els's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Heraeus Electro-Nite as Global Head of HR and roles at KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers. Academically, Els holds a Master in Law from Ghent University, a Master after Master in Taxation Law from the University of Antwerp, and further qualifications in International Business Management and HR.
