Nicole Mundy

Nicole Mundy, MS, has extensive experience in customer training and educational roles, currently serving as Manager of Customer Training at Covetrus since July 2016. In this position, Nicole leads the design of the customer onboarding experience for a veterinary prescription management platform. Previous roles at Covetrus included Senior Technology Implementation Manager and Senior Customer Launch Trainer, where responsibilities involved mentoring team members, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with veterinary practices. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Training Specialist at Vets First Choice, focusing on enhancing compliance and revenue for veterinary practices, and several educational positions, such as Lead Teacher at Winfield Children's House and Kindergarten Teacher at Virginia Cross Elementary School. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Teaching and Learning from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph's College.
