Steven Paladino

Steven Paladino is the current director at Covetrus. Prior to this, they were the VP finance and COO at Intervolve from January 2006 to December 2007. Steven's responsibilities included overall financial operations and the implementation of software. Steven was also responsible for post-implementation support. From January 1996 to December 2003, they were the corporate treasurer and VP of information systems at Pepsi Bottling Ventures. There, they were responsible for setting strategic business initiatives, implementing mergers and acquisitions, cash management, developing tax strategies, establishing lines of credit, and formulating capital structure. Steven also managed a department of 25 professionals with responsibility for system evaluations and implementation, capital budgeting, and outsourcing negotiations. In 2004, they became the CFO at FloLogic and held that position until 2006. Before that, they were an audit senior at Arthur Andersen & co CPA from 1985 to 1990.

Steven Paladino received a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
