Jeff Taylor

Jeff Taylor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff is currently working at Covia as the Vice President of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at Covia, where they led the strategic refresh and development of a five-year projection model. Jeff was offered a full-time role after completing their contract.

Before joining Covia, Jeff co-founded and served as the CEO of Canopy from 2022 to 2023. Jeff was also an Investment Professional and Founding Team Member at TRIDENT from 2017 to 2022.

Additionally, Jeff worked as an Investment Associate at Brightwood Capital from 2016 to 2017. Jeff started their career at CIT as an Investment Banking Analyst and later became an Associate from 2013 to 2016.

Jeff Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. Jeff attended Germantown Academy for their secondary education.
