Russell Montgomery is the current EVP and COO at Covia. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Henkel, a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. Russell was also previously the Vice President of Global Operations for Ashland Inc, where they oversaw multiple commercial unit operations comprised of 17 plants in 7 countries and 4 continents.

Russell Montgomery has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
