Erin Tjaden

Erin Tjaden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erin currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Coviance since October 2022. Prior to that, from February 2021 to October 2022, Erin served as the Head of Provider Operations & Implementation at Lyn Health, where they played a crucial role in leading provider operations, implementation process design, capacity planning, vendor management, and training and education for the healthcare startup. Prior to this role, they served as an Executive Assistant from October 2009 to December 2010, providing support to the COO, CNO, CEO, and other executives.

Erin's career began at The Broadmoor in 2005, where they held two positions. From February 2007 to October 2009, they served as an Executive Assistant in the Human Resources department, and from October 2005 to February 2007, they worked as a Training Specialist.

Erin Tjaden has a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from the University of Denver. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University. Erin also holds an additional certification in Conflict Resolution & Mediation Training from Phoenix Strategies, Inc.
