Cherine Foty

Cherine Foty serves as a Senior Associate in International Arbitration, Business & Human Rights, and ESG Disputes at Covington & Burling LLP since September 2021. Foty is actively involved with the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR as a delegate for both the 2022-2024 and 2024-2027 terms. Additionally, Foty is an adjunct professor of International Arbitration at The George Washington University Law School and a member of the Annual Meeting Committee for the American Society of International Law. Other notable roles include Secretary of the CPR Rules Revision Committee, Board Member for ArbitralWomen, and Global Co-Chair for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations: The Green Pledge.
