Elnaz Manoucheri is a Special Counsel in the Tax practice at Covington & Burling LLP, with a career spanning over a decade in tax law and advisory services. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Associate at Fenwick & West and various summer associate positions at prestigious firms such as Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Elnaz has also interned at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the International Tax Counsel. Prior to a legal career, Elnaz served as a Supervisory Senior Assurance and Advisory Business Services Accountant at Ernst & Young, focusing on clients in the Bio-Tech, Technology, Retail, Distribution, and Manufacturing sectors.
