Keyra Boise

Keyra Boise serves as the DEI Senior Manager at Covington & Burling LLP, leading firm-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion programs while overseeing the implementation of internal and external communications aligned with the firm's strategic action plan. Previously, Keyra held the position of D&I Communications Manager and Senior Integrated DEI Communications Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included leading marketing activities for diversity initiatives, securing top industry rankings, and managing a cross-departmental team focused on equity agendas. Keyra also has experience in strategic communications roles at Engineering Systems Solutions, the National Cancer Institute, and Matthews Media Group, demonstrating a strong background in communication strategy and employee engagement across various sectors. Keyra holds a B.S. in Radio/TV/Film from Northwestern University.
