Ashleylynn Ellingson, PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management with extensive experience across various sectors including financial services and higher education. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Belonging at Covius since May 2021, Ashleylynn leads a nationwide team of 10 recruiters while fostering strong partnerships with executives and hiring managers.
