Prior to Covius, Jeanna held various positions at Verizon Wireless, including Project Manager, Release Train Engineer, Enterprise Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Sr. Systems Analyst/Architect. In these roles, they led initiatives such as BPM/Case Management integration, AI/Chatbot integration, and development of agile frameworks. Jeanna also worked as a Sr. ECommerce Systems Analyst and Project Manager, where they were responsible for requirements documentation, conflict resolution, and facilitating cross-functional stakeholder sessions for B2B E-Commerce projects.
