Melissa Gerding

Melissa Gerding, PMP, has extensive experience in technology and business analysis within higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Business Analysis at Villanova University since July 1996, Melissa leads support for Enrollment Management technology and business analysis projects, with a focus on enhancing student services and engagement. Previous roles at Villanova include Senior Associate Registrar and Associate Registrar for Student History, where responsibilities encompassed managing academic records for students. Prior to joining Villanova, Melissa worked as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, both from Villanova University.
