Erwan Garrec

Erwan Garrec currently serves as the Head of Strategy and M&A at Covivio, where Erwan has held various roles since 2020, including Strategic Project Manager and Special Advisor to the CEO. Prior to this, Garrec worked as an Investment Analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2019 and as an Investment and Asset Management Analyst at Covivio in 2018. Educationally, Garrec holds a Master in Management with a focus on Finance from HEC Paris, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business & Public Policy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed CPGE ECS at Lycée Chateaubriand - Rennes.
