Carmine Farina possesses extensive experience in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions within the energy and utility sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Wesii and in a leadership role at Terna SpA, Carmine has demonstrated expertise in overseeing equity partnerships and driving strategic initiatives. Previous positions include Board Membership at Gaxa and Edison Renewables SpA, where significant contributions were made to the electricity generation sector in Italy.
