Alex Marsh has been in the marketing and strategy field for over a decade. In 2007, they began their career as a Business Strategy and Internet Marketing Intern for Dancetracks Digital. Alex then moved on to EuroConsult, Inc. as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst in 2009. In 2011, they joined Grey Group as a Graduate Trainee, where they learned the ropes and managed the agency's social channels. In 2012, they began working as a Freelance Strategist for Johannes Leonardo, AKQA, Barton F. Graf 9000, LLC, and MRY. That same year, they joined Bartle Bogle Hegarty NY as a Strategist for The Barn Program, where they co-created Good Books, a creative fundraising initiative for UNICEF. In 2013, they joined MRY as a Senior Strategist. In 2014, they were appointed SVP, Director of Social Media Marketing at BBDO, where they developed the vision and operating model for social media marketing. In 2018, they founded Funday, an on-demand hospitality platform, focused on the beach. In 2020, they joined Badger & Winters as Head of Strategy, where they set the strategic vision for key accounts. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing for CoW Protocol and CoW Swap, building out the marketing function.
Alex Marsh received their high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy in 2004. Alex then attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned a BA in History & Political Science in 2009. In 2011, they completed the Graduate Trainee Program at the Communications Council of Australia.
