Alex Viñas Salles

Alex Viñas Salles has over 8 years of experience in the blockchain industry. Alex began their career in 2013 as a Translator for Nooney Controls Corporation. In 2016, they became a Business Development Analyst for PRESENSEmobile™, where they developed a communication transport SAAS platform for IOT devices in the health sector. Alex also worked as a Senior Associate and Senior Consultant for Nfq Advisory, Solutions, Outsourcing from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they were the leader of the Blockchain team and collaborated with Santander Bank with the reporting to CIRBE.

In 2018, they began working as a Freelance Blockchain Content Translator, translating English to Spanish for both functional and technical content. Alex was also a Cryptocofounder and Business Advisor & Developer for Blockchain Open Lab. In 2019, they became a Blockchain Professor at EAE Business School and a Blockchain Guest Lecturer at IE University.

In 2021, Alex began working as a Marketing Manager for Gnosis and a Lecturer for DAO Education, where they designed Decentralized Systems Courses and Student Experience. Alex is currently a Product Marketing Manager for Cow Protocol.

Alex Viñas Salles completed a Bachelor's degree at Portsmouth Abbey School from 2010 to 2012. Alex then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2014 to 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Bachelor of Business in Computer Science and Business. Alex continued their education at University of Navarra, where they earned an International degree in Management in Business Administration and Management, General from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they completed an Introduction to Bitcoin, Ethereum and Blockchain at Blockchain España, focusing on Cryptocurrencies and Cryptoeconomics. In 2018, they attended DevAcademy and Finnovating Academy, earning an Intensive in Blockchain Technologies and Digital Asset Valuation Executive Program, respectively. Alex'sstudies focused on Ethereum, Hyperledger & Qourum and Cryptoassets, Tokenomics, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, Asset Valuation. Additionally, Alex Viñas Salles holds certifications from R3 and IBM, including Corda Certified Developer and IBM Blockchain Essentials, obtained in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
