Anne-Marie Kirsch

Anne-Marie Kirsch is an experienced People & Culture leader with oversight of the human resources function at Cowater International. With a blended background in communications and human resources, Anne-Marie has contributed to growing organizational capability and providing strategic HR guidance to leaders and executive teams within complex multinational environments and niche industries. She has conducted successful initiatives streamlining HR processes and driving cross-functional HR programs on a national and global scale. Anne-Marie is committed to supporting People & Culture priorities through relationship building, leadership coaching, talent development and training, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition and other strategically focused HR initiatives.

Anne-Marie graduated from Université de Montréal with a degree in Communication Sciences and completed her post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at McGill University. She has maintained her Human Resources Professional certification through the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrées (CRHA) since 2013.
