Eric Pankoke

Eric Pankoke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hastings College, earned between 2000 and 2004. Since June 2022, Eric has been with Cowbell, currently serving as Vice President of Renewals & Sales Operations, previously holding the positions of Senior Director of Renewals & Operations and Director of Insurance Programs. Prior to Cowbell, Eric accumulated extensive experience at Applied Underwriters, from June 2005 to June 2022, where positions included Product Director for Enterprise Programs, Large Accounts Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Medical Recruitment Coordinator, and Claims Adjuster.
