Brittany Mercer has a diverse work experience in the food industry and non-profit sector. Brittany started their career as a Catering Sales Manager at Schlotzsky's in 2008 and later became a Senior Catering Manager at Albert Restaurant Group, LLC, overseeing Schlotzsky's and Dairy Queen. In 2015, they joined the Texas Fallen Officer Foundation as a Board Secretary, where they played a key role in event planning, working with the survivors of Line of Duty Deaths, and managing social media. In 2018, they transitioned to Cowboy Chicken, initially serving as the Director of Off-Premise Sales and later taking on the role of Director of Marketing. In 2020, they joined SmackBird Hot Chicken as their Director of Marketing. Overall, Brittany possesses a strong background in marketing and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
Brittany Mercer obtained their Associate's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Tulsa Community College between 2004 and 2007.
