Jan Huber has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Jan worked at Cowboy as the Brand Store Manager in Berlin since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Acquisition Lead (US, UK & Europe) from April 2021 to December 2021, and B2B Lead (Germany & Austria) from May 2020 to April 2021. Jan also served as the Events Lead & Spokesperson (Europe) from May 2019 to April 2020, where they represented the brand in media and public engagements, led events, and pitched the brand and product. Before joining Cowboy, Jan Huber briefly worked as a Customer Success Expert from March 2019 to May 2019. Jan also gained valuable experience as an EU & International Policy Trainee at Airlines for Europe (A4E) from September 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they interned at the German Parliament as the Intern of the Foreign Policy Speaker in 2016, and as the Intern of the Chief Whip in 2013. Jan also interned at the European Parliament as the Intern of the Chairman of the Committee on Budgetary Control in 2013.

Jan Huber completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business & Global Studies at St. Edward's University in 2017. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & International Business at the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz. Before their time at Koblenz, in 2013 to 2014, Jan Huber attended Heidelberg University, where they studied Political Economics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an English Language Certificate from the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service in 2016, and a TOEFL ITP (Test of English as a Foreign Language) from The TOEFL® test in 2015.
