Lucas Goretti

Lucas Goretti has a diverse work experience. Lucas began their career as a Member of the marketing and communication track at AIESEC Saint-Louis from September 2015 to February 2016. In February 2019, they interned as an International Trade Intern at the Wallonia Foreign Trade and Investment Agency (AWEX) in Sydney. Lucas assisted Trade Commissioner Vincent Swinnen in promoting trade and business opportunities between Belgium and the Australasian region. From September 2019 to July 2020, Lucas worked at Cowboy as an Operations Junior Associate, managing complex customer issues and implementing a bot in the customer support app. Lucas then moved to the Logistics and Relations team. From July 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a Spare Parts Logistics Lead, where they forecasted consumption of bike parts and worked with external partners such as 3PLs and carriers. In April 2022, they transitioned into the role of a Supply Chain Analyst - Order Management and Logistics, managing international logistics movements from Asia to Europe and planning demand for spare parts and accessories. Currently, Lucas is a Senior Supply Chain Associate at Cowboy, responsible for managing the supply chain and overseeing the logistics operations.

Lucas Goretti's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Lucas obtained a Full-Stack Web Developer degree from Le Wagon in 2021, focusing on programming and computer science. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in International Business (IB) Programme at Louvain School of Management. In 2018, they also completed a Master's degree in the same field at the University of Otago.

Earlier in their academic journey, Lucas completed a Bachelor's degree in Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering at Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles from 2014 to 2017. Lucas also participated in an exchange program at Neosho County Community College in 2013, where they earned a YFU Certificate in Marketing.

Furthermore, Lucas has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Lucas completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google in April 2019. In November 2017, they received an Excel Certification (Intermediate Level) from LSM Conseil. Additionally, they completed the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification from Google in May 2019.
