Uday Khanapurkar

Uday Khanapurkar is an experienced equity research associate at Cowen Inc., specializing in airfreight and surface transportation since June 2022. Previously, Uday served as a graduate teaching assistant at the Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies in 2021 and worked as a research analyst at the Institute of Chinese Studies in Delhi from 2018 to 2020, where Uday contributed to due diligence for project finance transactions and analyzed foreign investment regulations. Uday also gained experience as an economic research intern at the National Maritime Foundation and the Chennai Centre for China Studies, where Uday conducted significant research on supply chains and India-China economic relations. Uday holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics, along with a certification in Financial Modeling and Valuation from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
