Anne-Marie Langlois has a diverse work experience in bridge engineering and project management. Anne-Marie started their career as a Junior Bridge Engineer at COWI in 2011 and later became a Bridge Engineer & Group Lead, where they were responsible for various assignments related to bridge engineering and service life design. Anne-Marie actively contributed to the development of service life design knowledge in North America through their involvement in the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code sub-committee. Anne-Marie also worked as a Senior Bridge Engineer & Group Lead, Senior Bridge Engineer & Head of Section, and Associate Technical Director & Head of Section, leading bridge projects and providing expertise in service life design and durability assessments. Anne-Marie was involved in significant projects such as the George Massey Tunnel Advisory Technical Services and Fraser River Tunnel Project. Currently, Anne-Marie is the Vice President Operations Canada at COWI, where they are responsible for developing and achieving strategic goals for COWI's business in Canada, including leadership, recruitment, staff management, and project accountability. Prior to their work at COWI, Anne-Marie was a Civil Engineering Coop Student at GENIVAR, where they gained experience in wind energy analysis and construction cost estimates.

Anne-Marie Langlois obtained their B.Ing. degree in Civil Engineering from Université Laval in 2008. Anne-Marie then pursued their M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the same university between 2008 and 2010. In 2010-2011, they attended The University of British Columbia for their field of study in Civil Engineering. In terms of certifications, they earned a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation from Engineers and Geoscientists BC in 2013, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in WA from Washington State in 2014, and an Ingenieure (ing.) designation from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in 2014. Anne-Marie also acquired additional certifications, which include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) from the Government of Canada, both in 2021.
