Ciaran Gilfedder

Ciaran Gilfedder is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition - International at COWI since October 2020. With a progressive career in recruitment, Ciaran has held various roles at COWI, including Talent Acquisition Lead for Global TA and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to COWI, Ciaran worked as a Resourcing Consultant at SSE plc, managing recruitment for Rail services, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Ably Resources Ltd, specializing in White Collar Construction positions. Ciaran began a career with Hays, focusing on the Construction Build market across Scotland. Ciaran holds a Master of Science in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of the West of Scotland.
