Radhika Bajaj

Radhika Bajaj is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition - International at CRISIL Limited, a global analytics company under S&P Global, since February 2023. Previously, Radhika held several key roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition - Professional Services and Senior Talent Partner at Agilisys from October 2019 to October 2022. At Infosys, from August 2012 to July 2019, Radhika was the EMEA Lead for Graduate Hiring and Talent Acquisition Lead, EMEA, focusing on scalable recruitment strategies and lateral recruitment for technology consulting projects across Europe. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bank of America and Lead of Leadership Hiring at GE Capital, along with work as a Client Manager at ABC Consultants from 1999 to 2003. Radhika holds a degree from the University of Calcutta.
