Claus Hasselbalch

Claus Hasselbalch currently serves as the Vice President of People and Organisation at COWI since September 2023. Prior to this role, Claus co-founded Norlii, an online store specializing in Scandinavian interior and lifestyle goods, from April 2021 to September 2023. Claus's extensive experience at Novo Nordisk spans from 1999 to March 2021, where positions included Global Head of HR Transformation and Corporate Vice President of HR & Communications, contributing to organizational design and leadership development within the company. Educational credentials include business and management programs at Harvard University and IMD, as well as a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
