Ingrid Husan

Ingrid Husan is a Senior People & Organisation Business Partner at COWI since December 2017, with extensive experience in HR and organizational development. Prior to COWI, Ingrid served as an HR Business Partner at Azets and worked as an HR Consultant at the BPO Division of Visma, involving the transition to Azets. Earlier career roles include Coach & Management Consultant at Cani Gruppen AS, Practice Leader and Manager of Professional Services at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Advisor at Naviga, where Ingrid focused on change management and career transition. Ingrid founded Cani Gruppen AS, providing coaching services, and held key positions at Mitsui & Co., where responsibilities included contract negotiation and base coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South-Eastern Norway, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
