Jack Ha

Jack Ha is currently a Transportation Modelling and Simulation Analyst at BA Consulting Group Ltd. and serves in multiple roles at Waterloop, including Infrastructure Team Lead and Infrastructure Team Member, where contributions include investigating vacuum pump designs and assisting in hyperloop test track construction. Jack also participates as a Sponsorship Team Member for the Canadian Hyperloop Conference and as a Student Ambassador at the University of Waterloo, engaging with prospective engineering students. Previous experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Joyce Kim and Dr. Eugene Kim, where Python coding and structural analysis software were utilized. Prior positions at CBCL Limited and Fundy Engineering involved conducting engineering calculations, proposing infrastructure designs, and performing lab and fieldwork. Jack is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the University of Waterloo, expected to graduate in August 2025.
