Jens Højgaard Christoffersen

Jens Højgaard Christoffersen joined COWI in 1995 and has been a member of the Executive Board as Group Chief Business Development Officer since January 2020. COWI's Board of Directors appointed Jens Højgaard Christoffersen as President and Group CEO in 2022.

Over the years, Jens Højgaard Christoffersen has led projects and organisations in Denmark and abroad. The common thread through his career with COWI has been linking customer aspirations with the right people and technology to support the realisation of desired benefits for customers and society.

He holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark and a diploma in finance from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to his current role, Jens Højgaard Christoffersen served as Group Technical Director, Regional Vice President in Business Line Denmark and Senior Vice President for the Road, Rail and Airport division also in Business Line Denmark.
