Laura Ashman BA, CP APMP, ACIM serves as the Head of Bid Support (UK & Ireland) and Capture Manager at COWI since May 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the Bid Support team's strategy, enhancing work-winning collateral, and managing team growth to effectively respond to various bid requirements.
