Nirmal Kumar

Nirmal Kumar is an experienced engineering professional with over a decade at COWI, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Plant Design, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager specializing in plant engineering for E-Methanol, Hydrogen Fuels, and carbon capture technologies. Nirmal also established and led the Industry Department in India, focusing on EPCM industrial projects. Prior roles include Construction Engineer in the UAE and Senior Piping Mechanical Engineer in Qatar, with earlier experience at Fluor Corporation and Engineers India Limited as a Senior Piping Engineer and Piping Engineer, respectively. Nirmal holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
