Tom Barwick

Tom Barwick is a Senior Project Manager and Associate Project Director in Civil Highways at COWI since 2025, with extensive experience in project management and technology. They previously held the title of Senior Project Manager at BCC Engineering, LLC, and managed a range of projects at Heath & Lineback Engineers from 1994 to 2025, where they also served as Vice President and managed the IT department. Tom began their career as a Project Engineer at Alfred Benesch & Company from 1989 to 1994 and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989.
