Guided by the teachings of their ancestors and operating as nuts'amaat shqwaluwun, this team ensures cohesive and respectful collaboration within the Cowichan Valley. They manage employment and training initiatives, oversee land use planning, coordinate comprehensive community planning, facilitate engagement with Parks Canada, and handle various referrals to support the largest First Nations community in British Columbia.
