Rida Fatima Umer

Rida Fatima Umer has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rida Fatima is currently working as the Head of Customer Experience at Cowlar Design Studio, where they provide product design, engineering, development, testing, and technical/operations support services to startups and SMBs. Rida Fatima joined the company in September 2022.

Prior to their current position, Rida served as the CEO & Psychologist at Therapy Impacts, a mental health services company. Rida Fatima created a non-judgmental and collaborative space for psychologists, psychiatrists, and clients. Rida started working at Therapy Impacts in September 2020.

Rida also worked at Cowlar Inc as the Design & Creative Team Lead from September 2021 to April 2023. Cowlar Inc specializes in providing disruptive and innovative solutions for the dairy industry, helping farmers, pharma companies, and dairy experts optimize their operations. At Cowlar Inc, Rida was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team called Cowlar Design Studio.

Additionally, Rida was an International Affiliate at the American Psychological Association from July 2020 to April 2023.

Before that, Rida held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Cowlar Inc, starting in June 2016 and ending in April 2017. Cowlar Inc is known for its data-as-a-service approach to help farmers increase efficiency and productivity.
