Shahan Qaiser

Shahan Qaiser has a diverse work experience history, starting with their current position as a Technical & Business Operations Associate at Cowlar Design Studio since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain/Procurement Specialist at Zones, LLC from 2018 to 2023, where they gained experience in supply chain processes, purchasing automation, and working with information systems and third-party providers.

Before joining Zones, LLC, Shahan worked at Genius Marketing INNovationS: GMINNS in 2017 as an HR/Accounts Executive, where they managed administrative and financial tasks, including developing work plans, financial record-keeping, and budgeting.

In 2016, Shahan served as a Sr. Commercial Engineer at Shenzhen Grentech. Their responsibilities included customs clearance, tax valuation, and logistics for supply equipment.

Prior to that, Shahan worked at GrenTech Pakistan (PVT) Ltd. in 2015 as a Commercial Engineer and Account Officer. During their time there, they dealt with clients like Telenor, CM Pak Zong, ZTE, by preparing invoices, submitting offers, managing payments, and negotiating logistics.

Shahan also completed an internship in the Finance Department (Accounts Payables) at Zong CMPak Ltd in 2015, where they verified payments and processed expense claims.

Their earliest work experience was as an Accounts Coordinator at Roots International Schools Pakistan from 2013 to 2015, where they contributed to journal entries, processed banking transactions, and handled petty cash reconciliations.

Shahan Qaiser completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a focus on Accounts and Finance, at The University of Lahore from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at the same university from 2015 to 2017. In 2011, Shahan Qaiser obtained a Diploma of Computer Practical Training from Al-Syed College of Computer Science.
