Jeanette Palanca has over a decade of experience in talent management and business development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management, as well as a Training & Onboarding Specialist and Business Development Manager at CoWorx Staffing Services since February 2012. In addition, Jeanette Palanca holds the position of National Director at FCSLA since December 2011, providing strategic direction in alignment with the organization’s mission. Past roles include an ad hoc judge for the FCSLA Court of Appeals until December 2015, Program Manager at CoWorx at Anixter, and Account Manager at Davis Staffing, focusing on business development in diversity staffing solutions. Jeanette Palanca began a career as a Major Account Executive at Manpower, Inc. and is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
