Jessica Cardinale

Jessica Cardinale has over 20 years of work experience in the staffing industry. Jessica started their career in 1999 as the Hartford Branch Manager at Hobart West, Esquire Solutions, Infinity Staffing. In 2011, they joined CoWorx Staffing Services and held various positions including Sr. Account Manager, Branch Operations Manager, Area Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Sr. Regional Compliance and Operations Manager, East Region. Jessica has also served as the Director of Training and Compliance and is currently employed as the Sr. Director of Operational Excellence.

Jessica Cardinale attended the University of Connecticut from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
